About Us
Built by parents, backed by experts, designed for real life on the move.
Because starting a family shouldn't mean cancelling your bucket list.
At Trimester Abroad, we believe that starting a family doesn’t mean putting your passport away. We’re here to help new and expecting parents explore the world, without sacrificing quality, comfort, or peace of mind. From prenatal wellness retreats to baby-proofed luxury stays, we elevate the travel experience for modern families.
We are redefining travel for parents who refuse to settle.
Our mission.
Simplify travel for growing families.
Travel isn’t just a luxury for new parents, it’s a lifeline. But too often, it’s complicated by guesswork, outdated assumptions, or a lack of support. Our mission is to clear the noise. We bridge the gap between what families need and what the travel industry delivers, streamlining decisions, surfacing what matters, and removing the friction that holds parents back from exploring the world with confidence.
What we do.
Curated content for a new kind of traveler.
We curate and spotlight destinations, accommodations, services, and gear that align with the real needs of modern families, from prenatal wellness and baby-proofed luxury to infant-friendly amenities and culturally supportive experiences. Our platform is built by parents, hospitality professionals, and perinatal experts (including published researchers in prenatal, birth, and postpartum care) who understand that parenthood doesn’t pause travel, it redefines it.
Why we're different.
We're not influencers. We're experts.
Led by intelligence analysts, journalists, and hospitality professionals, we offer research-backed insights—not selfies. We’re not here to chase trends or serve up generic lists. We’re here to translate real-world parenting experiences into meaningful strategy for brands that want to do better. We understand that today’s families are navigating a different world—one where flexibility, wellness, safety, and cultural awareness matter as much as convenience. That’s why we focus on substance over aesthetics, context over clicks, and solutions over slogans. We value privacy, clarity, and strategic storytelling. No fluff, just facts families can trust, and guidance brands can act on.
How we help.
We know that traveling with a baby or while pregnant can feel overwhelming, especially when the industry hasn’t caught up to what modern families need. That’s why Trimester Abroad offers trusted, thoughtful, and easy-to-use resources—from planning your first postpartum getaway to booking culturally supportive, baby-friendly hotels. Our offerings help you feel seen, prepared, and confident—without the guesswork.

Trimester Abroad™ Certification.
Specifically for young families, our 3-tiered system ensures we only endorse vetted providers.
Think Forbes Travel Guide, but for families. Our Trimester Abroad™ Certification is a 3-tier rating system that evaluates hotels, airlines, and services on how well they support pregnant travelers and families with children under four. Certified brands stand out because they’ve earned the trust of parents who value safety, ease, and thoughtful hospitality.
Parenthood doesn't end our love of travel, it raises the bar.
